As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will use your passion for healthcare innovation to drive growth, innovation, and brand impact within our airway management division. You will also lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, and commercial execution while partnering closely with sales, service, and cross-functional teams. Requires working in office (El Segundo 1-2 days/week)

What you will be doing: 

  • Own and execute marketing strategies to grow revenue and market share.
  • Lead product and program launches, managing the full lifecycle of the portfolio.
  • Develop internal and external marketing resources to enhance sales enablement.
  • Drive market insights through customer engagement and field collaboration.
  • Evaluate and lead new product opportunities, partnerships, and business cases.
  • Deliver clear, impactful positioning and messaging aligned with portfolio goals.
  • Create marketing dashboards, track KPIs, and report performance to leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in sales, technical services, regulatory, and more.
  • Mentor junior teammates and contribute as a key voice in the marketing leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of medical marketing experience (5+ in a sales-aligned commercial role)
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
  • Expertise in marketing strategy, market research, and sales forecasting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with medical devices, especially in airway management
  • Background in cross-functional project management and onboarding 3rd-party products
