**The Role & Your Impact**

We are seeking a talented Marketing Analyst specializing in paid search to become a pivotal part of a high-performing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing advanced paid search strategies that drive subscriber acquisition, optimize conversion rates, and enhance overall marketing efficiency. You will be at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, directly contributing to the growth and success of a global brand by ensuring their content reaches the right audiences at the right time. Your strategic insights and hands-on execution will have a direct, measurable impact on key business objectives and audience expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design, implement, and manage sophisticated paid search strategies across various search channels.
* Oversee the complete lifecycle of paid media campaigns, from strategic planning and campaign structuring to ongoing optimization and text copy refinement.
* Strategically allocate and optimize marketing budgets across diverse platforms and tactics to maximize return on investment.
* Rigorously track, monitor, and optimize campaign performance against critical key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Conduct in-depth research, development, and testing of new audience segments, including retargeting, lookalikes, and custom audiences.
* Contribute to and support continuous creative and landing page experimentation and testing initiatives.
* Develop and implement robust quality assurance (QA) processes to maintain campaign integrity and performance.
* Collaborate effectively with analytics teams, leveraging real-time data and campaign learnings to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* 2-4 years of hands-on experience in paid search advertising.
* Proven experience with direct response campaigns.
* Deep knowledge and mastery of leading search platforms, including Google Ads, and 3rd party campaign management platforms such as SA360 (Search Ads 360) or Bing/Microsoft Ads.
* Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact paid social campaigns and initiatives.
* Demonstrated ability to strategically assess new opportunities and make data-driven decisions that lead to tangible performance improvements.
* Strong communication skills, a positive “can-do” attitude, and a strong desire to achieve results.
* Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

**What Sets You Apart (Nice-to-Have Qualifications)**

* Experience with Universal Ad Campaign (UAC) and Apple Search Ads.
* Global and international media planning/buying experience.
* Proficiency in Spanish (Bilingual).
* A great sense of humor and a desire to enjoy your work!
