This is a remote position that will start as a 7 month engagement that could extend up to 18 months. You must work PST hours and preference is for someone who sits on the West Coast.

About the Role
- Manage operations and program management for the independent developer program, including tracking game titles through the internal review and approval process.
- Oversee budgets for the independent developer program, including the developer support fund and other financial initiatives.
- Manage the portfolio review list, which involves playing and recommending games for subscription services, showcases, and new hardware launches.
- Revamp the portfolio review list and integrate it into the customer relationship management (CRM) system using internal development tools.
This role will also contribute to:
- Building out processes for new initiatives, such as the developer acceleration program and managed/unmanaged title review workflows.
- Ensuring all processes are sustainable and well-documented by creating training materials, maintaining clear documentation, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operation and program management for internal content acquisition and developer relations.
- Oversee budgets for developer support initiatives and other strategic funds.
- Manage the content portfolio strategy, including playing and recommending content for a premier content subscription service and new hardware launches.
- Revamp the content portfolio strategy and integrate it into internal management systems using a development operations platform.
- Build out processes for new initiatives, such as developer support programs and managed/unmanaged internal content processes.
- Ensure all processes are sustainable and well-documented, including creating training materials and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Interface with internal stakeholders on technical and/or project matters from initiation through delivery.
- Create and maintain program/project schedules and status reports.
- Develop functional specifications and/or requirements that guide implementation decisions.
- Provide technical and/or analytical information and secure necessary approvals.
- Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years of Project/Program Management including end to end project lifecycle management (experiencing using tools such as MS Project, ADO, Power BI, Excel and CRMs such as Dynamics of Salesforce)
- Must have 2+ years of experience with Technical Documentation & Requirements Gathering, writing functional specs, requirements, and scope documents (experience with Confluence, SharePoint or similar)
- Must have 2+ years of budget management & financial tracking experience (experience with Excel or financial tracking systems)
- Experience in process development, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interfacing with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide technical insights and make data-driven decisions.
