Are you a meticulous and collaborative professional ready to orchestrate complex, non-standard deals that power a global partner ecosystem? As a key player on the Pricing, Deals, and Investments team, you will be instrumental in operationalizing critical agreements, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to the highest corporate compliance standards. Your work will directly influence the success of hundreds of millions of devices and services delivered through our partners, making a tangible impact on our global market presence.
In this role, you will be focused on critical execution tasks, including expert stakeholder management and the preparation of essential reports. Your ability to troubleshoot operational issues and maintain program service level agreements will be paramount. You will build trust and confidence across teams, directly contributing to the smooth functioning and compliance of our global partner deals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Deal Orchestration & Compliance:**
* Manage the end-to-end documentation process for new and renewing deals, including contracts, amendments, and business letters, ensuring timely reviews and approvals from designated internal teams.
* Submit all deal documentation for thorough compliance adherence and tracking.
* Collaborate closely with internal licensing teams to cross-reference existing program agreements and integrate custom terms and language into renewal contracts.
* Ensure all program frameworks, deals, and amendments align with the established approval matrix.
* Actively participate in weekly deal review meetings, providing crucial visibility into newly submitted deals for all stakeholders.
* **Operational Excellence & Partner Support:**
* Troubleshoot and resolve operational and incentive-related issues in collaboration with operations teams.
* Work with licensing teams to update and manage essential program documents, such as price lists and submission forms.
* Provide expert guidance and support to account teams for agreement submissions and internal review processes.
* **Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:**
* Maintain detailed monthly reports to track key program elements.
* Develop comprehensive program resource guides, FAQs, and process documentation to facilitate smooth onboarding and reduce churn for partners.
* Ensure strict adherence to all service level agreements (SLAs) for both internal business partners and external sellers.
* Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders across compliance, operations, legal, licensing, services, and partner teams.
* Build trust and confidence with business partners through strong collaborative relationships and clear communication.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in Project Management.
* Demonstrated expertise in Stakeholder Management.
* Strong background in Contract Review.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and charts.
* Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate effective collaboration.
* Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* High adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
