**Your Impact:**
As an individual contributor, you will be instrumental in designing and creating a wide array of graphic and marketing communication materials from concept through implementation. Your work will ensure a consistent, compelling brand presence across all touchpoints, from physical retail environments to direct customer outreach. You will bring our brand to life, influencing perception and fostering deep connections through exceptional design.

**What You’ll Do:**
* Design and create all in-store point-of-sale materials, collateral, and direct mail.
* Develop engaging designs for catalogs, environmental graphic displays, and window presentations.
* Design pages and manage assigned projects on the computer.
* Pull film for alternate selects as needed for internal teams or during review processes.
* Update scans and files within the system.
* Provide assistance on still life photography shoots.

**What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves):**
* Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Photography or equivalent practical experience.
* 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or art direction.
