We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to play a pivotal role in enhancing our client’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital platforms. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless feature releases, optimizing site performance, and delivering best-in-class user experiences that resonate with consumers worldwide. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of digital initiatives, driving engagement and growth across various online touchpoints.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Drive the evolution of global D2C websites, supporting feature releases through monthly sprints with international teams.
* Lead the end-to-end process for website IT ticket creation and review, collaborating closely with developers to implement new features, resolve defects, and identify optimization opportunities.
* Manage the daily execution of specific brand layer site operations, ensuring smooth functionality and alignment with strategic goals.
* Act as a key liaison, fostering strong communication between technical and business stakeholders.
* Contribute to the brand development roadmap by understanding new feature functionalities and incorporating regional and country-specific needs.
* Participate in the review of website design processes, collaborating in monthly sprints with global teams.
* Oversee the complete e-merchandising process for the website, working with third-party agencies to develop numerous product detail pages and landing pages annually.
* Translate complex technical documentation into actionable solutions for digital marketing and innovation initiatives.
* Champion quality execution and industry best practices for D2C front-end experiences, optimizing for superior UX/UI while keeping brand pillars and consumer needs central.
* Manage the client’s backend systems for digital services, ensuring all functionalities are properly configured before new product launches.
* Implement essential updates and maintenance requests from global and market teams.
* Conduct thorough industry research and competitive audits to inform future digital trends and D2C strategies, including new templates, online services, and layout designs.
* Provide daily support to leadership, managing evolving priorities in the Digital & Ecommerce space with a proactive attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
**What You’ll Bring:**
* 2 – 3+ years of hands-on experience managing D2C website front-end.
* Proven experience in website development, e-merchandising tasks, digital design, and UX/UI principles.
* A strong technical foundation with the ability to clearly understand and articulate digital integrations and website fundamentals.
* Basic knowledge of D2C best practices.
* Strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to provide clear, in-depth analysis across diverse digital topics.
* Prior experience managing third-party vendors, demonstrating clear direction-setting and collaborative partnership skills.
* Adept at cross-functional collaboration to successfully launch digital initiatives.
* A curious mindset, unafraid to ask questions and seek clarity.
* A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* A true self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, agile approach, problem-solving abilities, and self-sufficiency.
* Exceptional multitasking, efficiency, organization, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
* Proficiency with leading D2C website platforms and e-merchandising tools.
* Familiarity with project management tools.
* Strong learning agility to quickly master new technology platforms.
* Previous exposure to consumer & A/B testing platforms and web analytics tools.
