 We are seeking a Supply Planner for a 7-month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR.  In this pivotal role, you won’t just manage logistics; you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of product availability, ensuring that critical items reach consumers efficiently and reliably. Your expertise will directly influence inventory objectives and enhance decision-making across a complex global network, driving growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities

* Lead the creation and delivery of robust supply plans, ensuring consumer demand is met while optimizing inventory levels.
* Support the day-to-day management of specific segments of the business, encompassing both long-lead and responsive supply chains.
* Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing supply planning capabilities and improving the speed and quality of decision-making.
* Actively contribute to fostering a dynamic and inclusive team culture.
* Engage and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams, including product, merchandising, planning, analytics, sourcing, and manufacturing, to align supply with critical product and demand priorities.
* Partner with technology and analytics teams to gain insights and build sustainable capabilities.
* Share and implement best practices within the team to continuously improve operational excellence and fuel company growth.

Qualifications

* A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of proven experience, education, and training.
* Exceptional written, spoken, and visual communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and compellingly.
* The ability to seamlessly transition between strategic, tactical, and operational thinking and execution.
* Outstanding interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
* High proficiency in Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
* A resilient and adaptable mindset, comfortable thriving in a sophisticated, ever-changing, and dynamic work environment.
* Proven ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous circumstances.
* Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or SSAS is a nice-to-have.
* Prior experience in supply/inventory planning and management, marketplace planning/buying, merchandising, demand planning, or financial planning is a nice-to-have.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.00 to 36.67 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
