We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on advanced identity and access management solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting, deploying, and maintaining our core identity platform, ensuring robust security and seamless access for all users. Your deep technical knowledge and hands-on development skills will be crucial in evolving our identity infrastructure, integrating new applications, and implementing innovative features that protect our digital landscape.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Lead the deployment, engineering, and ongoing support of our enterprise identity and access management platform.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for the platform, particularly its advanced versions, guiding its evolution and optimization.
* Design and implement integrations with new applications using custom connectors and advanced API development for core platform functionalities.
* Leverage expert-level knowledge of webservices and SCIM-based connectors to build scalable and secure identity solutions.
* Drive the implementation and management of key identity platform features including Lifecycle Management (LCM), Certifications, Provisioning, and Role Management.
* Develop robust plugin solutions, encompassing both user-facing interfaces and backend APIs, to extend platform capabilities.
* Spearhead system integrations for both internal and external applications with the identity and access management platform.
* Develop, test, and troubleshoot custom system and application connectors within the identity platform environment.
* Apply your understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Policies, Identity Lifecycle automation, reporting, Password Policies, Separation of Duties, User Provisioning, and approval workflows.
* Contribute to projects utilizing specific rapid setup frameworks and advanced deployment frameworks, leveraging version control systems.
* Work within cloud environments and utilize advanced logging and monitoring tools for operational insights.
* Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data across all identity management initiatives.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
* A minimum of twelve years of information technology experience, with at least eight years specifically in an identity and access management development role.
* Eight years of hands-on experience in identity and access management (IAM) deployment and engineering.
* Specialized expertise in a leading identity and access management platform, particularly its advanced versions (e.g., version 8.3).
* Demonstrated familiarity with UI-based plugin development for identity platforms.
* Advanced Java development skills, essential for custom connector and API development.
* Expert-level knowledge of webservices and SCIM-based connectors.
* Deep technical experience with the identity platform suite, including LCM, Certifications, Provisioning, and Role Management.
* Experience with enterprise directory services, relational databases, BeanShell, and REST APIs.
* Understanding of identity lifecycle automation, RBAC, password policies, and approval workflows.
* Experience with specific rapid setup frameworks and deployment frameworks, including version control systems.
* Experience working in cloud environments and with advanced logging tools.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior experience working with CICD Build Tools and in Agile-based models.
* Additional information security experience.
* Proficiency in other software languages.
