What You’ll Do:

Architect and Deliver Solutions: Lead the scoping, end-to-end design, and development of technical solutions. Write robust code, guide clients or partners through integration, and ensure all solutions adhere to engineering best practices, including design and code reviews, comprehensive test coverage, and maintainable, compliant code.

Strategic Partnership and Innovation: Actively participate in industry and business planning, engaging with clients and partners to deeply understand their objectives and challenges. Identify technical gaps, recognize patterns for solution reuse, and uncover opportunities for new innovations that drive revenue and efficiency. Secure alignment with stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

Build Trust and Drive Growth: Cultivate strong relationships by actively listening and demonstrating a profound understanding of client and partner needs. Translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes, helping stakeholders envision what they can achieve with technology. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for advanced solutions.

Expert Consultation and Adaptability: Rapidly grasp the nuances of diverse technical landscapes and client environments. Provide expert engineering consultation, comfortably switching between various technologies and clearly articulating trade-offs. Develop deep subject matter expertise in emerging areas to offer cutting-edge advice and solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven proficiency in stakeholder management within technical solution contexts.
  • Demonstrated ability in technical problem-solving.
  • Strong foundational knowledge relevant to core technical roles.
  • Expertise in the software development lifecycle, particularly in technical solutions.
  • Extensive experience in solution design.
  • Proficiency with web technologies.
  • Solid background in software engineering principles and practices.
  • Exceptional consultative skills.
