We are seeking a passionate and insightful individual to join our dynamic team, where you will be instrumental in uncovering deep user needs and translating them into actionable insights that guide product development. This role offers an incredible opportunity to shape the user experience of widely used products, collaborating with cross-functional partners to build solutions that truly matter.

As a UX Researcher, you’ll be at the heart of understanding human behavior, influencing strategy, and ensuring our offerings are functional and beloved by our users.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Lead research initiatives of moderate complexity, identifying key opportunities to enhance products and services through compelling, research-driven recommendations.

* Champion user-centric thinking, inspiring partners and collaboratively addressing strategic, product, or technological challenges.

* Design and execute strategic and tactical research programs, deepening our understanding of users and informing product, service, and business decisions.

* Conduct in-depth research to pinpoint user needs and business opportunities, fostering empathy and user-centricity across diverse teams.

* Manage and prioritize research across multiple projects, aligning with overarching goals and proactively removing roadblocks to progress.

* Influence product direction by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights, ensuring a holistic understanding of user, product, service, and business needs.

* Contribute to the identification and application of key insights and metrics to evaluate product and service impact, leveraging business goals and user trends.

* Build consensus and advocate for research-backed, user-centric solutions, effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders for integration into product planning.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated proficiency in Team Management

* Expertise in Ethical UX research practices

* Strong capabilities in UX storytelling

* Solid understanding of Research processes

* Proficiency in UX research methodology

* Familiarity with the Product development lifecycle

* Deep knowledge of Human/user behavior

* Experience with Interactive technology

* A systems thinking approach to UX
