**The Impact You’ll Make:**
In this dynamic role, you will be a pivotal force in shaping internal communications, directly contributing to employee engagement and alignment across a vast global enterprise. You will be instrumental in developing compelling messages, crafting executive communications, and implementing innovative programs that recognize and celebrate employee achievements. **What You’ll Do:**
* Lead the timely, creative, and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content, and critical information.
* Craft a variety of high-quality content for internal platforms, ensuring accuracy, effective storytelling, and alignment with corporate messaging.
* Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that drive key initiatives and foster employee engagement.
* Manage executive-level communications, including the creation and distribution of impactful newsletters.
* Champion employee recognition programs, ensuring achievements are acknowledged and celebrated across the organization.
* Collaborate closely with the corporate supply chain team to produce and finalize monthly and annual newsletters.
* Support and implement global communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment across various time zones and audiences.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
* 2-4 years of related experience in corporate communications or a similar field.
* Proven ability to develop and execute communication plans effectively.
* Demonstrated experience working within a global team, adept at navigating diverse time zones and audiences.
* Strong writing and storytelling abilities, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
* Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with common workplace collaboration tools and an understanding of how AI can automate or standardize communication processes.
* Basic knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.
* Basic understanding of principles and methods for promoting products or services.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience in business or supply chain communications.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
* A track record of developing creative and influential marketing plans for employee engagement.
