We are seeking a detail-oriented eLearning Developer to assist with updating and maintaining a large catalog of eLearning courses. This is a VERY parttime remote assignment, around 5-10 hours a week through the end of the year. The role involves reviewing and updating approximately 50 courses developed in Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.
You will perform a variety of content updates — including replacing or editing audio files, revising text or graphics, and ensuring overall consistency and quality across courses.
This position is ideal for someone experienced with Articulate tools who enjoys production work, quality assurance, and methodical editing of existing course materials.
Responsibilities
- Review assigned Articulate Rise and Storyline courses and identify areas requiring updates.
- Replace or edit audio files within courses.
- Make changes in multiple places within each course file (typically ~4 per file).
- Ensure all updates are consistent with project specifications and quality standards.
- Upload, test, and publish updated course packages as required.
- Communicate progress, estimated time per course, and any issues encountered.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and editing eLearning content in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific update instructions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Access to and familiarity with Articulate 360 tools.
Project Details
- Approximately 50 courses will require updates.
- Work includes replacing audio, checking for accuracy, and performing content updates across several areas per course.
