As part of our multinational client’s Global Payroll Team, this position is responsible for providing technical expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining Payroll System based applications. Offer day-to-day support to regional administrators, management, and other stakeholders globally. Administer the global payroll systems and future applications to support HR and Payroll teams.

**What You Will Do:**
* Administer global payroll systems, including scheduling, database maintenance, and essential upgrades.
* Develop and maintain system configurations, encompassing pay rules, accruals, schedules, time tracking, wage types, holiday calendars, and year-end requirements.
* Ensure the flawless execution of business processes and robust support for data interfaces.
* Implement rigorous audits to uphold system integrity and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
* Develop comprehensive test scripts for regression testing and manage the deployment of application changes.
* Engage directly with end-users to efficiently resolve issues and address requests.
* Act as a vital liaison between business areas, educating users on application functionalities and technological advancements.
* Maintain regular communication with customer teams to ensure alignment of expectations and project goals.
* Create detailed technical documentation, including requirements analysis and operational procedures.
* Drive initiatives focused on optimizing efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and safeguarding system security.
* Develop and deliver impactful training sessions to colleagues, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled team.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in a related discipline.
* 7-10 years of experience in operational analysis, utilizing ticketing systems, and working with leading global payroll and time & attendance systems.
* Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Solid understanding of payroll principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience providing first-tier and second-tier technical solutions, particularly for time and attendance systems.
* Ability to configure systems and manage daily interface files, including checking and resolving file-related issues.
* Proven experience working within a global context, managing multiple priorities across different regions.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
