We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team, supporting our vital field-based HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional seeking personal and professional development across various parts of the business, directly influencing daily HR operations and compliance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and compliant employee journey from onboarding to off-boarding, contributing directly to the success and efficiency of our human resources functions.
**What You’ll Do:**
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting our HR field-based teams, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all employees. Your contributions will directly impact compliance, data integrity, and the overall employee lifecycle.
* Coordinate and support the onboarding process, ensuring a positive employee experience and accuracy of all onboarding details, including facilitating new hire processes and auditing for compliance and data integrity.
* Provide essential compliance reporting support as needed.
* Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to address and execute field-based leave needs, including tracking and communication with employees.
* Support execution and follow-up/validation as needed to ensure compliance, addressing remote needs and photo-matching.
* Provide support for employee off-boarding processes, ensuring compliance with state-specific requirements.
* Collect and organize headcount data as a key input to the national staffing dashboard.
* Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives, especially those related to new hire onboarding and the employee experience.
* Perform other HR administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
* Support the field HRBP team with tracking and reporting compliance metrics.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Proven experience managing administrative support or similar related work tasks (1-2+ years).
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS platforms.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships.
* Strong attention to detail, organization skills, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
* Continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to drive efficiencies.
* Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
* Ability to handle sensitive, confidential material and maintain confidentiality.
* Self-motivated, focused, positive attitude, and proactive approach.
* Capacity to build and maintain relationships with both internal team members and external/third-party key stakeholders, including strong team player skills.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
