We are seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic team, where your expertise will be instrumental in developing and managing cutting-edge experience management platforms. This role is crucial for gathering insights, building interactive surveys, and presenting findings that inform strategic decisions and improve employee engagement. You will blend your software engineering prowess with a keen understanding of survey research and stakeholder management to drive impactful projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and develop sophisticated experience management platforms and projects.
* Design, build, and deploy surveys to gather critical employee feedback.
* Present findings and insights from listening programs to diverse stakeholders in collaborative settings.
* Contribute to a team focused on the intersection of survey research, software engineering, and stakeholder engagement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

**Must-Have Skills:**

* 8+ years of experience in a senior software engineering capacity.
* 3+ years of experience specifically with experience management or advanced survey platforms.
* Demonstrated experience in Customer Experience (CX) and customer experience analytics.
* Proven experience with survey programs and listening initiatives.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

* Experience with scripting languages, such as HTML.
* Prior experience building SFTP and API connectors for data integration.
* Familiarity with advanced analytics platforms for language processing, including conversational process development, building language models, keyword searches, and sentiment data analysis on large datasets.
