Please note this is a hybrid role in Cupertino, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday). ​

Are you a master orchestrator of design, eager to make a tangible impact on how global teams operate and excel? We are searching for a dynamic **UX Design Producer** to join a pivotal project focused on enhancing internal-facing products. In this contract role, you will be the driving force behind the design process for a critical initiative, directly influencing the productivity and effectiveness of operational teams around the globe. This is your chance to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, shaping the future of internal tools within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

You will provide immediate operational leadership to the design team, overseeing the entire design lifecycle from initial concept development through to final engineering delivery. Your ability to navigate complexity and bring clarity to abstract ideas will be paramount, ensuring that every design solution is not only innovative but also meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. This role offers a unique opportunity to champion human-centered design principles for internal users, directly contributing to the success and efficiency of a world-class organization.

**What you’ll do:**

* Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle for the design team, ensuring all activities are prioritized, meticulously planned, and executed seamlessly from concept to final implementation.
* Establish and maintain comprehensive project plans, detailed work-back schedules, and essential documentation, serving as the definitive source of truth for your projects.
* Proactively identify, assess, and strategically mitigate potential risks, dependencies, and constraints, effectively clearing roadblocks to maintain team momentum.
* Serve as the central point of contact and liaison between the design team and its diverse cross-functional partners, fostering clear communication and alignment at every stage.
* Coordinate and facilitate meticulous design handoffs to engineering teams, ensuring all deliverables are complete, crystal clear, and meet every requirement for successful implementation.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional design projects, consistently delivering high-quality design solutions within dynamic and demanding environments.
* Expertise in navigating ambiguity, with a remarkable talent for creating structure, clarity, and actionable plans from high-level, abstract concepts.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate intricate design decisions, complex problems, and project status clearly and concisely to audiences at all levels.
* Meticulous attention to detail and effortless organizational skills, demonstrating the capacity to manage multiple workstreams, schedules, and deliverables simultaneously without compromise.
* A consistent and verifiable record of successfully shipping high-quality digital products.
