**About the Role**
As a Coordinator, Trade Marketing, you will be at the heart of executing dynamic trade marketing strategies. You will be the primary point of contact for key retail programs, guiding them from inception through to performance tracking. This role demands close collaboration with sales, marketing, visual merchandising, and external vendors to ensure flawless implementation of retail programs. Your contributions will directly enhance in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and custom shop needs, making a tangible difference in how products connect with consumers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and manage detailed project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery for critical workstreams across multiple brands.
Merchandising Execution:
* Create and organize detailed schematics for all planograms and displays for specific business units.
* Update and track all expenses related to merchandising initiatives.
* Accurately forecast merchandising quantities based on established directories.
* Provide essential information for briefs and codes to support merchandising efforts.
Visual Merchandising and Point-of-Sale (POS) Activations:
* Facilitate the development and implementation of visually appealing and impactful in-store displays, including product selection, factice management, and staging.
* Oversee order processing for display materials and fixtures.
* Coordinate the ordering of store fixtures and factices for visual weeks, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
* Track and analyze the performance of visual merchandising and POS activations, providing data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
* Manage in-store updates, including briefing external agencies, placing purchase orders, and overseeing installation.
Custom Shop Needs and Special Projects:
* Manage custom shop requirements, including the development and execution of unique planograms and in-store staging.
* Handle specific requests from key retail partners, such as linear updates and custom in-store activations.
* Take ownership of special projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the trade marketing team.
**What You’ll Bring**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, visual merchandising, or a related role, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
* Solid knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising principles.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
