Are you a master of information architecture with a passion for organizing complex data? We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join a dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining critical organizational structures that underpin cutting-edge communication strategies. You will be instrumental in building the foundational framework that ensures consistency, interoperability, and discoverability across various initiatives, directly influencing the clarity and effectiveness of internal and external communications. Your expertise will be crucial in translating broad conceptual ideas into tangible, valuable insights, empowering product teams and enhancing user experiences.

**What you’ll do:**

* Expand and refine the communication taxonomy for various internal initiatives.
* Coordinate and build alignment with diverse teams and stakeholders to optimize for consistency and interoperability within the taxonomy.
* Develop, manage, maintain, and iterate on the taxonomy, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness.
* Provide recommendations for ongoing taxonomy management and contribute insights to product strategies and features that rely on robust classification.
* Transform abstract concepts into useful and valuable insights that drive informed decisions.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and data engineers to oversee the comprehensive taxonomy experience.

**What you’ll need:**

* Expert ability to utilize taxonomy management systems for maintaining categories, attributes, and other metadata.
* Expert ability to navigate complex, ambiguous problems and work efficiently within cross-functional teams.
* Expert ability to contribute to product strategy and vision from a high-level perspective.
* Expert ability to build alignment among distributed stakeholders and develop effective communication and buy-in plans.
* Proven experience in building and successfully implementing taxonomies.
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical training.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Strong leadership communication skills.
* Experience with marketing taxonomy.
* Familiarity with advanced semantic technology platforms.
