**About the Role:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze diverse business requests spanning origination, lending, payments, collections, and customer interaction operations.
* Draft comprehensive business requirements and documentation to guide development and implementation.
* Lead and actively support small to medium-sized projects from conception to completion.
* Map current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
* Analyze existing reports and update them to reflect current business needs and data accuracy.
* Facilitate productive meetings and meticulously document discussions and action items.
* Perform essential data entry, validation, and in-depth analysis to support business decisions.
* Investigate and effectively resolve production issues through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Collaborate on process updates, meticulously assessing and communicating downstream impacts to stakeholders.
* Provide essential operational support for various business centers.
* Coordinate, test, and analyze production systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Drive process improvement initiatives across the department, fostering efficiency and innovation.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
* 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within financial services.
* Demonstrated strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and clear communication abilities.
* Proficiency in standard office productivity software.
* Proven experience working effectively in team environments and interacting with all levels of management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is up to $35/hour.
