Must be avail during normal business hours. Work schedule is Mon – Thur, 9 – 5PM in your respective timezone.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated **Marketing Specialist** to join a collaborative team, where your expertise will directly shape how this organization communicates its value and engages with its audience. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting and optimizing content that not only captivates but also drives significant visibility and impact across digital platforms. Your work will directly influence search engine performance, enhance user engagement, and contribute to the overall success of key marketing initiatives.

**What you’ll do:**

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be at the heart of our content strategy, driving engagement and optimizing digital presence. Your contributions will be critical in developing and executing content that resonates with our target audience and elevates our brand.

* Content Creation & Optimization: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging content, ensuring it is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and ranking.
* Strategic Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content development and strategic planning.
* Content Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to develop and implement robust content strategies that align with business objectives and audience needs.
* Multimedia Integration: Enhance content engagement by seamlessly incorporating visuals, videos, and other multimedia elements.
* Performance Analytics: Utilize industry-standard analytics tools to meticulously track content performance, analyze results, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

**What you’ll bring:**

To excel in this role, you will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creative flair, and analytical prowess, coupled with a passion for digital marketing.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Solid understanding of content strategy, SEO best practices, and the broader digital marketing landscape.
* Proven experience as a Content Specialist, Content Writer, or in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to produce SEO-optimized content.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report on content performance.
* Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and approaches.

**Experience:**
* SEO Copywriting: 1 – 2 Years
* SEO Tools: 1 – 2 Years
* Analytics Reporting: 1 – 2 Years
* Content Writing: 1 – 2 Years
* HTML & CSS: < 1 Year
* Editing and Proofreading: < 1 Year
* Digital Marketing: < 1 Year’

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience with content management systems.
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
