**Partnering with Aquent, we are seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst to join a leading consumer brand in the beauty sector, renowned for its innovative approach and strong connection with a dynamic, youthful audience. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key finance business partner, collaborating closely with marketing, social, digital, and shopper teams. You will be instrumental in guiding financial decisions, providing crucial insights, and ensuring the efficient management of budgets across high-impact areas. This position offers the chance to contribute significantly to the brand’s strategic objectives and directly support its engagement with a vibrant consumer base.
**What You Will Do:**
* Lead the planning and control of budgets for multiple Profit & Loss lines, including influencer campaigns, events, product sampling, and content production, by consolidating financial data from various business partners.
* Deliver detailed analysis and insightful commentary on performance results, identifying and explaining variances against established budgets.
* Proactively assess financial trends and actuals to identify potential risks and opportunities, informing future forecasts and strategic adjustments.
* Oversee and approve purchase orders, ensuring financial compliance and alignment with budgetary guidelines
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance.
* Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
* Strong analytical capabilities, coupled with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
* Proven ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills being essential.
