**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our client’s team for a 12-month engagement. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in a key project focused on transforming core data processes and technology. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a common understanding between business and technology stakeholders throughout the design, solutioning, testing, and hypercare phases of this transformative initiative. Your deep understanding of master data management principles, coupled with your strong background in requirements gathering, solution design, and data profiling, will be essential in delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.

**What You Will Do:**
* Provide project management support and comprehensive documentation for key initiatives.
* Design and maintain critical data-related documents.
* Execute detailed data mapping activities to ensure seamless integration and accuracy.
* Perform thorough data validation to uphold data integrity and quality standards.
* Conduct rigorous Business Analyst testing, focusing on data quality assurance.
* Drive common understanding and alignment between business and technology stakeholders across all project phases.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* **Master Data Acumen:** Demonstrated expertise in master data principles, including taxonomy, data modeling, data governance, and data literacy tools.
* **Data Profiling Skills:** Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly with complex spreadsheet functions.
* **Requirements Gathering Skillset:** Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business and technical requirements.
* **Strong Communication Skills:** Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience with data visualization development and integration.
* Background in change management methodologies and practices.
* Prior experience within a consumer goods or related industry.
