We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous individual to step into a pivotal role as a Sales Support & Business Analyst. In this dynamic position, you won’t just process data; you’ll be a strategic partner, translating raw information into compelling narratives and visual insights that empower leadership and drive sales growth. Your work will directly influence the development and execution of sales strategies, playing a crucial part in optimizing operations and expanding market reach for groundbreaking energy offerings. You will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decision-making across various business functions, contributing significantly to the company’s strategic goals and market leadership.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide crucial support for innovation projects that integrate advanced energy solutions.
* Contribute to the development of utility integration strategies for cutting-edge energy offerings.
* Assist direct sales efforts related to the promotion of advanced energy technologies.
* Participate in the design and execution of strategic sales programs, overseeing reporting and presentation activities, and delivering updates to leadership.
* Collaborate with dealer network partners to manage inventory and reporting.
* Support the development and execution of inventory sell-down strategies.
* Partner with the field sales team to design and execute field-level sales strategies.
* Implement programs and incentives to boost sales of energy product offerings.
* Manage and optimize dealer reporting using advanced business intelligence tools.
* Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards, analyzing datasets to create visual insights and actionable recommendations.
* Interpret and analyze complex datasets to support critical business decisions.
* Create compelling visualizations using various data analysis and presentation tools.
* Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, leadership, and senior leadership.
* Conduct ad-hoc reporting to support various initiatives and strategic projects.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and report on their impact, identifying areas for optimization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data optimization and process improvement.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in sales, operations, marketing, or a relevant industry, with at least 3 years working directly with dealer networks or in a similar support role.
* Demonstrated experience collaborating with legal teams on business initiatives.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders and presenting complex information effectively.
* Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and automation.
* Master-level proficiency in Power BI, encompassing dashboard creation, DAX, data transformation, and visualization.
* Advanced skills in PowerPoint for building clear, compelling presentations that communicate data insights and support leadership decisions.
* Proficiency in Lucid for creating flowcharts and visual process documentation.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to shifting demands.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with incentive tracking and performance analysis.
* Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization.

This is an remote position  but all candidates must reside in the Eastern Time Zone. All candidates must be local and elgible to work in the US without a sponsorship.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
