Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Pharmacy Technician in Frisco, TX!

This position is 100% on-site.  For this reason, we will only consider candidates who can comfortably commute to our client’s location in Frisco.  This position does not have a set schedule, so you must be flexible and be willing to work at various times.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Have a current Pharmacy Technician’s License for the State of Texas and be able to provide either a copy or screenshot of your license.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Provide essential support for order processing and fulfillment, assisting in the preparation and distribution of items using established systems.
* Oversee inventory management, communicating supply information and related needs to appropriate departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Contribute to the onboarding process by assisting with new hire and departmental training.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving escalated issues and addressing challenging cases with professionalism and expertise.
* Conduct quality monitoring and audits to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas for improvement.
* Participate in special projects as needed, contributing your skills to various initiatives.
* Offer temporary backup support to departmental leadership when required.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* High School diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED.
* Active certification or license as required by your state’s Board of governing body.
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a strong understanding of operational processes.
* Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, consistently meeting quality standards and evaluating satisfaction.
* Basic proficiency in using common operating systems and software programs, including MS Windows and MS Office Suite.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact diplomatically and maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (pounds) in repetitive motion, with or without accommodations.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19.17 to $21.30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
