**About the Role: Client Services Specialist **
As a Client Services Specialist II, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and compliance of essential business information. This position is central to our client’s operational efficiency, focusing on credentialing and data integrity. You will be instrumental in reviewing, validating, and managing vital records, directly contributing to the smooth onboarding of agents and the ongoing reliability of our client’s data systems. Your meticulous approach will ensure that all information meets stringent business and regulatory requirements, safeguarding the integrity of our client’s operations and supporting their commitment to excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Review, analyze, evaluate, and validate business information against established requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within credentialing databases.
- Conduct extensive research and analysis to resolve sensitive information-related issues and address data integrity concerns.
- Process onboarding contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Verify professional licenses and manage appointments within designated systems.
- Collaborate with agents to ensure their records are complete, validated, and compliant.
- Utilize various internal systems and external resources to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently, managing multiple priorities in a high-paced production environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to compose professional letters, memos, and emails.
- Ability to work reliably, prudently, and tactfully with confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, management, and external contacts.
- Proficient use of standard office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and internet resources.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
- Associate’s Degree.
- Prior knowledge of industry-specific practices or regulations.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $14.77 to $16.41 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
