Aquent is partnering with a prominent industry leader to find a talented and passionate visual storyteller to join their dynamic studio team. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the visual narrative and bring products to life through compelling video content that directly impacts marketing initiatives and captivates audiences. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting high-quality, consistent visual experiences that resonate with customers and uphold the brand’s aesthetic.

We are seeking a skilled individual to play a pivotal role in their dedicated studio, focusing on the digital capture of engaging product videos.

**What You’ll Do:**
* Collaborate closely with the Photography and Video team lead and other producers to capture captivating video content for a diverse range of products within a dedicated studio setting.
* Partner with editors to refine and enhance video content as needed, ensuring a polished final product.
* Engage with various resources and collaborate effectively with the team to achieve desired production outcomes.
* Take initiative in establishing and communicating production schedules to ensure seamless workflow.
* Ensure all projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget constraints.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* At least 5 years of industry experience in agency or corporate video production environments, including previous studio videography experience. 
* Superior video and technical production skills, demonstrating mastery of camera, audio, and lighting techniques.
* Technical proficiency in video editing and color correction.
* A strong portfolio (reel) showcasing previous studio work is required. Previous product video experience is preferred. 
* Outstanding organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and budget restrictions.

The target salary range for this role is $60,000-$85,000. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
