This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, frontline positions across a diverse operational landscape. You will be at the forefront of attracting, engaging, and securing top talent, from skilled operators to team leaders, playing a vital part in building and sustaining a high-performing workforce.

**What You’ll Do:**

  • Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment efforts for hourly roles across various operational sites, including essential frontline positions and temp-to-perm conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with HR partners and leadership to deeply understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage the entire candidate journey from posting compelling job openings to screening, interviewing, and identifying qualified talent aligned with operational requirements.
  • Proactively build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through strategic use of job boards, referral programs, and local outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate and actively participate in engaging hiring events, including virtual and on-site job fairs, open houses, and seasonal recruitment campaigns.
  • Champion a positive, timely, and professional experience for every candidate and hiring manager throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and contribute to recruitment reports.
  • Drive recruitment goals in alignment with global and market Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide valuable real-time insights and feedback to the Talent Acquisition team, contributing to continuous process improvement and collaborating on TA projects as opportunities arise.
  • Effectively communicate the organization’s culture, values, and benefits to candidates by leveraging the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and impactful interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • A consumer-focused mindset, passionate about delivering excellent service and an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support hiring events as needed.
  • A self-starter mentality who excels in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
  • Proficiency with technology tools, including ATS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and video conferencing tools.
  • Four-year College or University degree, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

  • Experience in high-volume or hourly recruiting is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with large-scale operational environments.
