**What You’ll Do:**

* Act as a strategic consultant, coaching and collaborating with sales partners to develop and implement business plans, ensuring monthly and yearly sales objectives are met.
* Oversee compliance with company programs and administer organizational policies and procedures.
* Support the implementation of digital marketing and advertising campaigns at the sales partner level.
* Drive improvements in retail website performance and increase lead generation activities.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, local market conditions (including registration data, effectiveness, and lost sales), and competitive landscapes to pinpoint specific sales opportunities.
* Facilitate regular sales and training activities, including remote customer meetings.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our innovative products, services, customer demographics, and competitive offerings.
* Provide crucial assistance in resolving sales partner and customer issues.
* Coach sales partners on best practices for customer retention, satisfaction, and building lasting loyalty.
* Meet remotely with sales partners via video conferencing to consult on sales plans, website performance, and marketing strategies.
* Manage the consensus process to ensure effective product allocation.
* Offer ad-hoc support for sales partner enrollments, competitions, and program-related needs.

**What You’ll Bring:**

* Bachelor’s degree.
* Entry-level enthusiasm with a preference for 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service.
* Exceptional ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining effectiveness.
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills, demonstrating an understanding of the audience, effective message delivery, compelling presentations, and open communication.
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to efficiently focus on high-impact activities.
* Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
* Strong capacity to influence business partners and drive positive change.
* A high degree of independent judgment and the ability to act autonomously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong computer skills for developing, maintaining, and analyzing data.
* Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technical and company-specific systems.
* Recent college graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

**Other Relevant Details:**

* This role offers significant flexibility in scheduling.
* You will observe a standard shutdown period from December 23rd to January 2nd, with work expected outside of these dates.

This is an hybrid position in Alpharetta, GA. All candidates must be local and elgible to work in the US without a sponsorship.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27-28/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
