Please note this is a hybrid role in Cupertino. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday). ​

**About the Opportunity**
Our team is at the forefront of designing cutting-edge consumer software applications. We are seeking a visionary Animator/Motion Designer who is ready to elevate our design capabilities and redefine user interaction through exceptional motion. You will be instrumental in crafting the visual storytelling and dynamic interfaces that make our platforms intuitive and engaging. This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate across diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, and quality assurance, ensuring your creative vision is realized from concept to implementation. You will be empowered to take software design to the next level, making a tangible impact on widely used applications.

**What You’ll Do**
* Craft compelling motion graphics and animations for consumer software applications, enhancing user engagement and clarity.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and QA, to integrate motion design seamlessly into user experiences.
* Contribute to the entire design process, from initial brainstorming and conceptualization through to final implementation and refinement.
* Apply a deep understanding of classic animation principles to solve complex design challenges and elevate visual storytelling.
* Push the boundaries of software design through innovative motion solutions, setting new standards for interactive experiences.
* Work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

**Must-Have Qualifications**
* 10+ years of professional experience in animation, motion graphics, compositing, and 3D design.
* A deep and comprehensive understanding of all classic animation principles.
* Proficiency with industry-standard tools including After Effects, Nuke, Maya, Cinema 4D, and rendering engines such as Octane, Arnold, and RedShift.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear articulation of design concepts and feedback.
* Exceptional collaborative abilities, fostering strong partnerships across diverse teams.
* Demonstrated professionalism, with the capacity to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
* Strong time management skills, capable of independently managing and spearheading multiple projects simultaneously.
