**About the Role:**
In this essential role, you will be the backbone of support for two senior leaders, enabling them to focus on high-level strategy and execution. You will play a crucial part in maintaining their demanding schedules, facilitating seamless travel, and ensuring financial oversight. Beyond daily operations, you will also contribute to the company’s community outreach efforts, coordinating impactful events with local organizations. This position offers a unique blend of administrative mastery and the chance to contribute to broader corporate social responsibility initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders.
* Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and organizational logistics with precision and foresight.
* Coordinate and book intricate international travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Oversee and manage budget tracking, expense reports, and financial reconciliation.
* Assist with general event planning, including coordination for community engagement initiatives with local non-profit organizations.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration across various teams and external partners.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
* 5+ years of experience as a senior administrative assistant, with a proven track record of supporting at least two senior leaders concurrently.
* Demonstrated expertise in booking and managing complex international travel itineraries.
* Proficiency in managing budgets and processing detailed expense reports.
* Exceptional skills in calendar management, organizational scheduling, and general administrative coordination.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience in event coordination, particularly organizing initiatives with local community partners, educational institutions, or sports organizations.
* A proactive approach to engaging with non-profit organizations to coordinate and facilitate team volunteer opportunities.
