**What You’ll Do:**
* Lead the integration of new tools and processes, identifying key opportunities for efficiency and improvement within the first 90 days.
* Analyze and significantly enhance workflows across the team and the broader organization.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and clarity.
* Champion a change management approach to seamlessly transition teams to new, optimized processes.
* Craft executive-level presentations and impactful visual reports using industry-standard presentation software.
* Design and implement dynamic dashboards and operational insights using data visualization platforms.
* Communicate complex information effectively across a matrixed organization, including senior leadership.
* Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewals.
* Oversee critical payment processes and cultivate strong vendor relationships.
* Provide essential support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree.
* 1-2 years minimum experience in operations management or a closely related field.
* Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, with proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizational structures.
* Expertise in creating executive-level presentations using industry-standard presentation software.
* Experience with data visualization and management platforms.
* Solid background in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
* Proven experience in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation and driving process efficiency.
* A highly collaborative nature and a strong team-oriented mindset.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to rapidly shifting priorities.
* Ability to effectively multitask and adjust tasks in response to reprioritization.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Previous experience within a similar industry or corporate environment.
* Experience working with external vendors in a corporate business operations context.
* Experience with peer or people management to support change and transition initiatives.
