Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive Assistant in Woonsocket, RI!
This is a hybrid position, and it’s expected that you can work 2 days/week on-site (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). For this reason, we will only consider candidates who can comfortably commute to our client’s office in Woonsocket, RI.
In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
- Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this role

We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to key leaders within the organization. This is a pivotal role where your organizational prowess, keen attention to detail, and proactive approach will directly contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of high-level teams. You will be the backbone ensuring smooth operations, allowing our leaders to focus on their strategic vision and drive impactful change.
**What You Will Do:**
- Orchestrate complex administrative office coordination, ensuring the smooth, timely, and efficient operation of the department.
- Conduct thorough research, collection, analysis, and compilation of critical data and information for comprehensive departmental reports.
- Manage and maintain vital departmental records, including files, reports, financial records, and confidential documents, ensuring strict regulatory compliance and data integrity.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service by addressing internal and external inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, or redirecting them appropriately.
- Establish and optimize efficient workflow processes and office operations, effectively communicating and implementing established policies and procedures.
- Act as the central internal and external departmental liaison, ensuring clear, concise, and professional communication with employees, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Prepare complex and comprehensive financial records and files pertaining to departmental expenditures, budget balances, investments, payroll, and overall operations.
- Review performance evaluations within the department to ensure compliance with standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and implement opportunities to provide essential administrative and support assistance to executive-level leaders, senior management, and senior individual contributors, ensuring consistent and uninterrupted departmental operations.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of proven professional work experience in an administrative or executive support capacity.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
- A Bachelor’s degree, specialized training, or a relevant professional qualification.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23.40 – $26.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
