About the Role

We’re seeking a Production Designer with a strong eye for detail and experience working across digital platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on executing design assets, maintaining brand consistency, and bringing campaigns to life. You’ll take creative direction, work within established brand guidelines, and expand campaigns across webpages, display ads, sponsored pages, presentations, and more.

This role is ideal for a mid-level designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment, has an eye for detail, and can balance production execution with thoughtful design decisions. You’ll work on projects for major brands, global nonprofits, and government clients—contributing to meaningful, high-visibility work.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate creative direction and brand style guides into fully realized assets across digital platforms.
  • Design and produce webpages, display ads, sponsored content, presentations, and other campaign materials.
  • Expand existing brand guidelines into cohesive campaign assets, ensuring the right aesthetic and consistent look and feel.
  • Check every detail for quality—fonts, alignment, spacing, and overall polish.
  • Collaborate with strategists, developers, and other designers to ensure designs support user flows, not just static visuals.
  • Contribute to brand and style reports, documenting visual guidelines and creative systems.
  • Work in Figma (daily) to create, annotate, and manage design files.
  • Deliver presentations and support internal/external client meetings with polished, visually engaging decks.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio showing execution of digital campaigns, websites, and advertising materials.
  • Proficiency in Figma (must have).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Experience working within established brands or style guides, ideally with major brands, nonprofits, or government clients.
  • Detail-oriented production mindset—careful with typography, hierarchy, and consistency.
  • Bonus: ability to contribute conceptual ideas in addition to production work.
  • Comfortable with hybrid collaboration and presenting design work.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Hybrid flexibility with only one required onsite day per week.
  • A collaborative, long-tenured team where many stay for years—loyalty and growth are valued.
  • Sabbatical after 10 years of continuous employment.
  • Competitive benefits:

    • Medical, dental, and vision premiums covered above-market rates for the DC metro area.

    • 401(k) with 4% company match.
    • Professional development support (sponsorship for industry events).
    • Weekly team lunches, quarterly outings, and celebratory events.
