Partnering with Aquent, you’ll join a dynamic team driving a critical short-term project focused on transforming HR operations. As a strategic partner to the VP of Human Resources, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives.
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and implementing key HR initiatives across various domains, including Talent Management, People Development & Learning, Total Rewards, and Employee Experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Employee Experience, People Development & Learning, Total Rewards) to ensure seamless program execution.
- Spearhead the activation and adoption of HR programs, resources, and tools, developing impactful communication campaigns to engage employees.
- Develop and manage communication strategies for all HR pillars, ensuring widespread understanding and adoption of key initiatives.
- Oversee and facilitate critical talent processes, such as performance reviews, succession planning, mobility, and development programs.
- Lead the coordination of talent planning discussions, analyzing key themes and providing strategic insights.
- Manage specific HR projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and learning events, fostering a positive and enriching work environment.
- Co-facilitate and manage compensation-related activities, including year-end reviews, compensation analysis, and budget oversight.
- Support headcount management processes and prepare documentation for budget meetings.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within global, multinational companies.
- Proven ability to manage and drive HR projects.
- Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), negotiation, presentation, facilitation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence, intellect, and operational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and trends in areas such as talent management, recruitment, assessment, and career management.
- Ability to influence and navigate solutions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Results-oriented with a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness; comfortable with ambiguity.
