Your expertise in event planning and data analysis will be essential to the project’s success, shaping employee experiences and contributing to a seamless transition.
As the Change & Training Coordinator, you will be a key player in a dynamic transformation project. You’ll leverage your analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Your meticulous coordination of training logistics and event planning will ensure a smooth and engaging experience for all participants. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant organizational shift and make a tangible impact on employee engagement.
Responsibilities:

  • Analyze survey data to pinpoint key themes and areas needing support.
  • Cross-reference data sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Maintain and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for project implementation.
  • Assist in content preparation for senior leadership meetings.
  • Gather feedback, synthesize data, and coordinate follow-up actions for team meetings.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling and calendar management.
  • Handle event logistics, including timeline management, venue research, and attendance tracking.
  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, participants, trainers, and subject matter experts.
  • Develop briefs for event invitations and materials.
  • Manage budget tracking and purchase orders.
  • Support facilitation logistics for team events.
  • Provide additional support to the adoption team as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably with large-scale projects and transformations.
  • Proven experience in event planning and logistics.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience preparing presentation materials, including talking points.
