As a Designer, you will:

• Develop innovative and commercially viable designs that align with brand aesthetics and business strategies.
• Execute design sketches, prototypes, and detailed tech packs, ensuring precise construction and finishing techniques.
• Conduct thorough trend research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure seamless execution.
• Present design concepts to internal leadership and key partners, effectively communicating your vision and rationale.
• Manage and mentor junior design talent, fostering a collaborative and inspiring team environment.
• Maintain up-to-date linesheets and BOMs (Bills of Materials) within the system, ensuring accuracy and timely information flow.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of design experience in a comparable retail environment.
• Proven ability to create original design sketches and translate them into successful product lines.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including fit, construction, and fabrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Centric PLM software.
