What You Will Do
- Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives at both new and existing customer accounts.
- Drive growth: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to grow sales within your assigned territory.
- Execute sales plans: Generate and implement sales plans to meet and exceed profit goals.
- Solve problems: Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to ensure customer operations run at peak performance.
- Promote innovation: Actively sell and support our innovative technologies to build long-term business relationships.
- Lead with expertise: Plan and lead customer trainings, events, and seminars, and demonstrate technical proficiency in your area of expertise.
Position Details
- This role requires travel within the assigned sales territory, including potential travel to and from offshore platforms.
- Up to 50% overnight travel is required to support your sales territory.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience, preferably with both onshore and offshore experience.
- A valid Driver’s License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- This role is safety-sensitive and may be subject to drug testing.
