Marketing Project Manager  – Empowering Product Marketing Success!

Become an integral part of a dynamic team at a leading financial services firm, partnering with Aquent. As a Marketing Analyst/PM, you will play a crucial role in streamlining marketing operations and driving impactful campaigns. You will be the engine that keeps marketing materials up-to-date and compliant, directly contributing to the success of product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives. Your meticulous approach and project management skills will empower the team to focus on strategic initiatives, knowing that the day-to-day maintenance and execution of marketing collateral are in expert hands.
As a Marketing Analyst, you will:

• Manage the workflow of marketing deliverables across various channels, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Mark up and update marketing collateral, maintaining consistency and brand integrity.
• Shepherd collateral through SME and compliance reviews, facilitating a smooth approval process.
• Provide production support through execution, ensuring seamless delivery of marketing materials.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Proven ability to follow instructions precisely and execute tasks efficiently.
• Strong background in project management or operations, demonstrating a knack for organization and process improvement.
• Proactive communication skills to keep collateral owners informed of status, issues, and progress.
• Experience with Workfront is required for this role.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience within the financial services industry is highly preferred.
