We’re looking for a Program Manager to support a global supply chain forecasting team. This is a parental leave coverage role where you’ll step into a high-impact program that drives forecasting transformation through machine learning (ML) adoption, cross-functional collaboration, and program management leadership.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across planning, operations, sales, and analytics to ensure successful implementation of new forecasting solutions, while also managing adoption, risk, and change across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead implementation of forecasting solutions that leverage ML models across global teams.
- Drive program execution by managing ambiguity, creating structured frameworks, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Analyze data and generate insights using Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, charts) and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI).
- Communicate effectively across audiences—from technical teams to executive leadership—tailoring detail and clarity.
- Champion adoption and change management, anticipating challenges, building stakeholder alignment, and ensuring smooth rollout of new tools and processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in demand forecasting or demand planning (top priority).
- Supply chain knowledge (preferred).
- Familiarity with ML/AI forecasting approaches—not to build models, but to support business adoption (nice to have).
- Strong program and project management skills, with proven ability to structure, prioritize, and drive initiatives forward.
- Analytical capability using Excel/Sheets; comfort working with dashboards (Tableau, Power BI a plus).
- Excellent communication and change management skills, with the ability to navigate resistance and partner effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
- Global collaboration experience is helpful, but not required.
Contract Details
- Contract length: ~5 months (parental leave coverage; possible extension not guaranteed).
- Work model: Hybrid (Mountain View, CA).
- Global scope: May involve occasional early or late meetings across time zones.
