Pharmacy Technician

Overview

Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician in Brooklyn Park, MN!

This is an on-site position. For this reason, we will only consider candidates who currently live in the Brooklyn Park area and can comfortably commute on a daily basis.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:

• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
• Be able to work on a W-2 basis.  C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position.
• Have a current Pharmacist Technician license for the state of Minnesota.

As a Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of prescription processing, utilizing cutting-edge fulfillment systems to prepare and distribute medications. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure patients receive the correct prescriptions promptly. You will collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, playing a key role in providing exceptional patient care.
What You’ll Do:

• Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and contacting members and physicians.
• Accurately enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
• Investigate and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and escalated member concerns.
• Consult with a Pharmacist for guidance on complex prescription processing questions.
• Provide support for inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves:

• High School diploma.
• Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by state of operation.
• Basic computer skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $17.95 to $19.95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
