This is your chance to contribute to the development of innovative packaging solutions for a renowned brand. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in bringing exciting new products to life.

As a Package Development Coordinator, you will be immersed in the fast-paced world of product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to launch. Your responsibilities will include tracking project timelines, researching and developing packaging components, managing samples, and supporting sustainability initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of brands and divisions within a leading beauty company.

Responsibilities:

  • Track new product development timelines and follow up on deliverables.
  • Research and develop packaging components.
  • Provide support for the packaging specification system.
  • Manage first production samples, including receiving and shipping packages.
  • Lead a complexity 1 or 2 level project to learn the development launch process.
  • Attend development meetings and provide follow-up recaps.
  • Provide value analysis support to the plant and team.
  • Support sustainability packaging projects and manage report communication.
  • Interface with operations and manufacturing teams. Perform other duties as necessary or required.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in package development, product development, operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, multitasking, and project management skills. Strong prioritization, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and materials.
  • Professional and energetic demeanor with a positive attitude. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Prior packaging background.
