Temporary Operations Manager

PART TIME role

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team in a temporary role.

In this position, you’ll be instrumental in designing and optimising operational processes, with a focus on improving efficiency and customer experience. You’ll contribute to a variety of projects, from implementing new solutions to creating and maintaining documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational processes for both internal teams and external vendors.
  • Contribute to projects that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex operational problems.
  • Support strategic relationships with key partners.
  • Assist with the consultant onboarding, payments, and contract renewals.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and relevant payment systems (e.g., Ironclad, Alphabet/Google P2P systems).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
