We are looking for an Event Project Manager to lead a pivotal project that will shape the future of retail partnerships for our Global client. As the Project Manager for the Global Partner Summit, you will orchestrate a multifaceted event, uniting top-tier retail partners with the brand’s vision, product innovations, and strategic direction. This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact on a global scale, fostering collaboration and driving success within a dynamic and iconic brand.

This role will place you at the heart of a high-profile initiative, empowering you to leverage your project management expertise to create a seamless and impactful experience for key partners. You will be responsible for meticulously planning and executing the summit, ensuring flawless coordination of all workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive workback schedules, outlining dependencies and utilizing effective tools to track project progress.
  • Orchestrate regular stakeholder meetings to communicate updates, identify potential risks, and maintain transparent communication across teams.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring the timely delivery of all project components.
  • Manage budget line items and meticulously track project expenditures, maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to management, highlighting achievements, addressing challenges, and proactively mitigating risks.
  • Anticipate and navigate project obstacles, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, demonstrating expertise in planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve challenges, ensuring project success.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.40 to $52.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
