Impactful Contributions: As an Audit Senior Associate, you will: Provide clients with clear communication and guidance on engagement expectations, accounting updates, and relevant financial and regulatory developments. Take charge of planning, executing, and finalizing financial statement audits while effectively managing budgets. Mentor and supervise audit associates and interns, providing regular feedback and fostering their professional growth. Utilize innovative audit technology and tools to design efficient audit procedures. Research and document conclusions on critical accounting and auditing matters. Embrace flexible work arrangements, collaborating with your team at client sites, in the office, or remotely, with the full support of the firm. Represent the firm at recruiting and networking events, showcasing your expertise and building valuable connections. Continuously develop your technical and professional skills through structured training programs and access to firm leaders and mentors. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field. Minimum of two years of progressive public accounting experience, including in-charge auditing responsibilities. Active pursuit or completion of CPA certification. Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills, with proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards. Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities. Excellent teamwork, agility, and relationship-building skills. Interest or experience in utilizing automation and digitization tools within audits or professional services. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
