As a SharePoint Developer partnering with Aquent and a Fortune 500 CPG client, you’ll be diving into the heart of digital collaboration, crafting innovative solutions that empower teams and streamline workflows. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping how this global organization connects and collaborates.
This is your chance to transform the digital workplace! You will be a key player in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge SharePoint solutions that will directly enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization. Imagine the impact of your contributions on a global scale! We are looking for a Sharepoint Developer with expertise in Power BI. Position is very short-term, only 1-2 months, but they would be looking to likely bring this person back in 2026 if they also have solid Power BI skills for a different project!  The team already has the content available/ready to go, they are looking for a SharePoint expert to take that content and rebuild a new landing page in an updated look/format to better appeal to users.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and configure SharePoint Online sites tailored to specific business workflows and user needs, prioritizing a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Develop structured document libraries, lists, metadata tagging, and site navigation, adhering to content governance standards.
  • Lead the development of Power BI dashboards to provide insightful analytics and trends.
  • Create custom web components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for advanced development.
  • Implement Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools and external applications for seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure accessible and intuitive SharePoint interfaces.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SharePoint solutions.
  • Provide technical documentation, user training, and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, optimizing performance.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, Web API, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with SharePoint newsletters, surveys, web parts, governance, permissions, and security compliance.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, translate technical solutions, and drive efficiency.
  • Experience implementing automation workflows with Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall development models.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting SharePoint environments.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Understanding of SEO principles, data migration strategies, document structuring, and metadata management.
  • Experience in CPG-specific workflows or enterprise environments.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.50 to $42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
