As a Junior Graphic / Production Designer on this 5-6 month contract, you’ll be immersed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working alongside seasoned design professionals. You will hone your skills in digital production design, contributing directly to high-visibility projects. This role offers invaluable experience and mentorship, propelling your career forward. Open to candidates from varying backgrounds; agency or manufacturing experience is welcome but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Produce digital assets for promotional campaigns and product marketing initiatives.
- Manage and adapt design templates within Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Maintain consistency and update product promotional materials across diverse platforms.
- Collaborate with senior designers on conceptual and production design tasks.
- Utilize digital asset management (DAM) systems for organizing and retrieving creative materials.
- Design visual elements for product marketing on websites.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all design assets.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of graphic design eand production experience. (Manager is also open to mid and senior-level designers that are OK with production-level work)
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality production work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Willingness to learn and receptiveness to guidance from senior designers.
- Portfolio showcasing production-level design work with proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Ability to work full-time on-site primarily at Menomonee Falls location; potential for some work downtown Milwaukee.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time onsite role (five days per week) in Menomonee Falls. There may be a need to work at their downtown Milwaukee location, as well.
- Contract duration: approximately 5 to 6 months with a possibility for extension.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30-35 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
