Aquent Talent is partnering with a leading financial institution committed to protecting its customers and data. They are investing heavily in their cybersecurity infrastructure and are looking for a skilled IAM Systems Administrator to join their team. This is a chance to work with the latest technologies and contribute to a critical security initiative.
In this role, you will:
- Operate and maintain CyberArk Privileged Cloud environments.
- Onboard and manage privileged accounts, secrets, safes, and credentials using PVWA, PSM, and CPM.
- Troubleshoot issues related to safes, privileged accounts, password rotation, and policies.
- Ensure seamless integration of CyberArk with various platforms, including Windows, Linux, databases, applications, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Monitor the health and performance of CyberArk components.
- Configure and enforce security policies for privileged access.
- Manage CyberArk integrations with SIEM, ITSM, and other enterprise tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet regulatory and governance requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation for PAM operations and configurations.
- Support audits by providing logs, access reports, and evidence of controls.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on operational experience with CyberArk PAM.
- 2-year college degree.
- CyberArk certification.
- Experience onboarding and configuring accounts, safes, and policies.
- Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust principles.
- Familiarity with Vault, PVWA, PSM, and CPM.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and RBAC models.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
- Experience with CyberArk EPM and/or WPM.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD).
- SailPoint IIQ or ISC experience.
- Additional industry PAM certifications.
- Experience responding to security incidents and providing root cause analysis.
- Experience with CyberArk workflows for automation.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python).
- Professional security management certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA).
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.38 to $48.21 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
