As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company by attracting and securing top-tier executive talent. In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing executive-level candidates for current and future needs. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines. Your ability to connect with and engage executive talent will be essential to the company’s continued innovation and market leadership.
What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future executive talent needs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier executive candidates.
  • Utilize various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry associations, to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Screen and evaluate executive candidates, assessing their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen.
  • Manage the executive recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent training.
  • 8+ years of talent sourcing experience, with at least 4 years focused on executive-level recruitment.
  • 8+ years of experience recruiting engineering talent in the technology sector.
  • Experience hiring business, product, and engineering executives, as well as executive-level individual contributors within the tech industry.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience developing and presenting market insights to recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.
  • Proven ability to proactively engage and build relationships with executive talent.
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers and business leaders.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring corporate function roles in addition to engineering roles.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51.64 to $57.38 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
