As a Service Parts Analyst with a major automotive manufacturer partnered with Aquent, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth vehicle launches by managing the intricate world of service parts. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of exciting new vehicle programs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the fast-paced world of automotive manufacturing. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and releasing service parts, ensuring their availability precisely when needed. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing a high volume of part setups and changes, impacting thousands of vehicles annually. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, tackle challenges head-on, and become a vital link in the supply chain.

What You’ll Do:

• Create, maintain, and release service parts, aligning with critical vehicle launch timelines.
• Manage a significant volume of part setups (8,000–10,000 annually) and implement necessary changes (2,000–2,500 annually) based on Change Notices.
• Utilize internal systems for accurate part setup, tracking, and analysis.
• Support various vehicle change categories, from entirely new vehicle families to minor updates and improvements.
• Proactively identify and escalate potential issues to supervisors, ensuring timely resolution.
• Track progress, analyze data, and communicate status updates effectively to stakeholders.

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in automotive service parts or as an automotive technician
• Computer proficiency with Windows, Google, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven experience working effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of parts experience
• Experience developing service products within an organization
• Familiarity with Bill of Materials and common service part practices
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Technical knowledge of vehicle systems
• Project management experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.26 to $31.41 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
