This is a 100% onsite position in Hillsboro, OR. It will start as a 6 month engagement and could extend up to 18 months.

As a Program Manager, you will:
- Manage the coding efforts of silicon engineers, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
- Oversee task list reviews, schedule meetings, and facilitate communication between engineering teams.
- Manage the integration of inputs from various engineering teams to enable the development of test chips.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years of overall experience in the field.
- 5-8 years of experience in program management within a silicon development environment.
- 4-5 years of demonstrable understanding of silicon engineering principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience interfacing with analog silicon teams on technical and business matters.
- Proven ability to drive program/project schedules and generate status reports.
- Experience creating and reviewing functional specifications for product/service implementation.
- Skill in organizing cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of analog silicon functionality and terminology.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70 to $75 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
